Your charter request
A yacht and a clear plan for the Gulf
Tell us your dates, guests and time available in the Gulf of Poets. We will suggest a yacht charter with a practical departure and return plan, and provide the price for your chosen programme.
- Time aboard
- An evening on the water
- Occasion
- Dinner, company or a quiet cruise
- Boarding
- Departure and return by agreement
The yacht, availability and total price are confirmed in your personal proposal.
An evening measured by time together
The actual embarkation point and date determine the useful start time. Ask for the agreed duration and return arrangement; sunset does not define one standard charter package.
Look beyond the open deck
Shelter and an available interior can make an evening more comfortable as conditions change. Ask how the main seating area is protected and whether the whole party can sit together. Photographs taken in bright midday light do not answer that question.
More practical details
If dining is involved, confirm the menu arrangement, crew service and drinks rather than assuming they come with the yacht. A celebration may also involve music or decorations that need the vessel's approval.
Keep the journey home straightforward
Have the disembarkation point and any onward transport agreed before departure. A late restaurant stop ashore adds landing and timing requirements; it is not automatically part of an evening cruise.
More practical details
Weather and light cannot be guaranteed. The proposal should explain the yacht, service, route flexibility and conditions for changes. The aim is a well-planned evening, with expectations that fit the actual arrangement.
Work out your time aboard
Divide the hours before choosing the passage
Enter the hours available and the time you want to set aside. Subtracting those allowances leaves a time budget, not a calculation of speed, distance, safe route or arrival.
The allowances exceed the time available. Reduce the plan or allow a longer day.
