The enquiry requires three contact fields: name, email and telephone. You may supplement them with a date, guest count and programme preferences. Do not send payment-card data, passport copies or other sensitive documents in this planning message.
Using the programme and contact details
Your submitted contact details allow us to respond, while the trip preferences help us consider the next steps you want. A prospective charter provider may need relevant information to prepare a Gulf of Poets proposal. If you proceed to booking, the process should identify that provider and the terms governing its offer.
Questions or correction
Send data questions and correction or deletion requests through the contact form. Records needed for a current transaction or legal duty may have to remain. Before including someone else’s email or phone number, ensure that person knows it is being submitted.
Browser storage
There is no online account for the shortlist. Saved style and model identifiers remain in local storage on your own browser, where you can remove choices through the saved page or clear them with the site data. The website includes no advertising or analytics service. Enquiry security measures help reduce misuse of the form.
