La Spezia · Private yacht charter
Know exactly where your La Spezia yacht day begins.
La Spezia is a city, not a single embarkation point. Request the confirmed marina, meeting pin and boarding time for the actual yacht. Share those instructions with every guest, particularly if people arrive by different forms of transport.

A yacht and a clear plan for the Gulf
Tell us your dates, guests and time available in the Gulf of Poets. We will suggest a yacht charter with a practical departure and return plan, and provide the price for your chosen programme.

Get the marina pin before you travel
Nominate one person to coordinate with the crew. Tell them in advance about mobility concerns, large bags or a guest who may arrive later. Additional pickups elsewhere in the gulf are not automatic.
Leave room for a proper start
Ask the operator which guest details or documents are required and what practical advice applies to footwear and luggage. Arrive as instructed and allow time for the safety briefing. Follow the crew's directions while boarding and moving around the vessel.
More practical details
Children's needs and dietary information should already be known before the date. If there is a particular piece of equipment or assistance the party needs, have it confirmed rather than waiting to ask on the quay.
Know how the day finishes
Confirm the disembarkation point and expected time, especially where onward rail travel or a restaurant booking is involved. Let the captain know about those commitments while the route is being planned.
More practical details
The confirmed booking should provide the operator and crew contact for the day. Use the actual contact details supplied with the agreed arrangement if the meeting plan needs attention.
Work out your time aboard
Divide the hours before choosing the passage
Enter the hours available and the time you want to set aside. Subtracting those allowances leaves a time budget, not a calculation of speed, distance, safe route or arrival.
The allowances exceed the time available. Reduce the plan or allow a longer day.
